Listen to Ashanti on iHeartRadio

The man convicted of stalking Ashanti is voicing his displeasure with new accusations of harassment against the singer.

According to the "New York Daily News," Devar Hurd was in a Manhattan courtroom on Tuesday and lashed out at the judge, accusing him of ignoring his claims that he never sent lewd texts and online messages to Ashanti and her family.  He even demanded that a new judge take over the case.  Fed up with his outbursts, the judge had Hurd escorted out of the courtroom until his next hearing on April 15th.

In 2009, Hurd was convicted of stalking Ashanti and served three years in prison.  After his release, he allegedly continued harassing the singer and family by sending over 100 lewd texts and photos.
