Sonny Digital has become the latest Hip-Hop artist to be targeted by thieves.

On New Year's Day, January 1, the seasoned producer took to his Instagram Stories and revealed that his studio in Atlanta was robbed. In the footage, Sonny shows off the remains of his studio after the burglars made off with all of his keyboards, MPC's, and other equipment.

“Yesterday, some bum a** n***as came in here and stole all my keyboards, all my equipment," he said. "S**t so crazy because I look out for everybody so much, man. Don’t worry about the materials, I’m going to get this stuff back. It’s just the principle of it, though."

Sonny Digital is known for producing hits for the likes of Ye, 50 Cent, Travis Scott, Don Toliver and more. He's also released his own music from his 2016 album G.O.A.T. to his 2023 LP Dolores Son. Over the years, the 34-year-old artist has helped out plenty of rising acts in his hometown of Atlanta and hosted numerous artists in his studio, which makes this situation even more disappointing.

"For the n***a who did this s**t, I know you watching this from somewhere," Sonny said. "Look me in my eyes when I say this, and I mean this from the bottom of my heart — you a b***h. On God."

Sonny Digital wasn't the only producer who was robbed over the holidays. Hit-Boy's studio in California was also targeted by thieves. After he found out about the robbery, the Grammy Award-winning artist created a freestyle about the situation called "Crow Bars" and shared it along with the surveillance footage of the crime.
