Last night, BET premiered The Mane Event -- a 10-part docu-series featuring Gucci Mane and Keyshia Ka’oir.
But first, Karrueche Tran kicked off the white carpet special, giving viewers their first peak at Gucci Mane and Keyshia Ka’oir’s wedding day.
The Wopster’s wedding cost a whopping $1.7 million, with extravagant expenses including a beachfront venue at the Four Seasons Miami Beach, $50,000 on wedding invites, all white tuxes and gowns for the bride, groom and wedding party.
In clips of what's to come, Keyshia showed off her boss-like demeanor, calling the shots and setting the tone for their wedding day. And she also got a little bit bossy, too, turning into a bridezilla and getting feisty with her celebrity wedding planner. She told her glam squad that she wants to look “like a wife and a bride today,” to which they responded, “you are a wife and a bride today.”
In the end, Keyshia's dreams came true, as she shined brightly in a diamond-encrusted gown, holding a diamond bouquet and walking down an aisle with special crystal flooring to marry the man of her dreams.
Special guests included Lil Yachty who brought his mom, Kim Zolciak, 2 Chainz, Ralo and Monica.
Other highlights included:
- Footage of Gucci surprising his bride-to-be with his and hers Rolls Royce Wraiths.
- Gucci and the groom’s side walked out to Bruno Mars “That’s What I Like" before Keyshia and the bride's side came out to Kelly Clarkson's "A Moment Like This."
