There’s no doubt that big cities have been hit hard by COVID-19, and it seems that has many people considering a move to the ‘burbs. According to a new Harris poll, nearly a third of Americans are considering moving to less densely populated areas in the wake of the pandemic. Real estate experts predict there is likely to be a major boom in property values in the suburbs and rural areas surrounding major cities in the next year. (USA Today)
